With a declining client base and a weak sales force, the aim was to increase both the number of customers and employees, which has been a challenge in the cleaning sector. I helped the company establish an online presence and carried out several tasks:

During a freelance project, I worked with a tobacco shop in a tourist area to launch its website and showcase a new range of souvenirs. The goal was to establish Tabac Notre Dame as a leading souvenir shop in Chambéry.

- Website creation: I designed a complete visual identity highlighting the region’s heritage, such as mountains and Reblochon cheese. Combining tradition and modernity, I developed a website with navigation tailored to an international audience.

- Marketing strategy: I developed an effective marketing strategy aligned with the new target audience. A keyword study was conducted to integrate relevant content into the website. A blogging strategy was also implemented to generate qualified leads.

- Tailored support: To assist the client with future website maintenance and content creation, I developed a document outlining the strategy to follow and the actions needed to improve the website’s visibility. I also created tracking tools using Looker Studio.
