For a year, my goal was to digitize AG2S Propreté, a cleaning company with no online presence. With a declining client base and a weak sales force, the aim was to increase both the number of customers and employees, which has been a challenge in the cleaning sector. I helped the company establish an online presence and carried out several tasks:
- Project Management: I worked with the digital agency Here We Come to launch a new website.
- External Communication: I set up relevant social media accounts to promote the company’s activities, created a complete editorial calendar, designed visuals for job fairs, and arranged advertising in regional magazines.Internal
- Communication: I sent newsletters to employees to boost engagement and collect feedback. I also created a welcome booklet for new team members.
- Sales Prospecting: Using LinkedIn, I identified potential clients and new employees. I also developed mind maps for the sales team.
- SEO: I created content to address specific client needs and improve the website’s search engine ranking.
- Training: I trained the sales team on how to use LinkedIn for prospecting new clients.
